Affiliate disclosure
Last updated August 19, 2026
Sage Fire, operated by MARIA CRISTINA ROSSI LTDA (CNPJ 54.457.372/0001-70), is reader-supported through affiliate commissions. This page explains exactly what that means, in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255).
The short version
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the merchant pays us a commission. You pay the same price you would have paid otherwise. The commission comes out of the merchant’s margin, not out of your pocket.
How to identify an affiliate link
Every affiliate link on this site is marked in at least two ways:
- A disclosure appears near the top of any page containing one, before you encounter the link.
- The link itself carries
rel="sponsored nofollow"attributes, which is the standard machine-readable marker for a paid link. - Buttons and calls to action carry a note stating that they are affiliate links.
What we are, and are not
We are a publisher. We write articles and earn commissions when readers buy through our links.
We are not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any product discussed on this site. Specifically, we do not:
- Produce, formulate, or bottle any product
- Take, process, or fulfil orders
- Charge your payment method or hold your payment details
- Ship products or handle logistics
- Process returns, refunds, or exchanges
- Set prices, discounts, shipping thresholds, or guarantee terms
All of those are the responsibility of the merchant, under their own terms and conditions. If you have an order problem, contact them directly — their details are on your order confirmation. We cannot access, alter, or refund your order.
Prices and terms shown on this site
Any price, shipping threshold, discount, or guarantee period mentioned here is what the merchant published at the time we last reviewed the page. Merchants change these without notifying us. Always confirm current terms on the merchant’s own checkout page before buying. Where our page and the merchant’s checkout disagree, the merchant’s checkout governs.
How the commercial relationship affects our writing
We think you are entitled to a straight answer rather than a reassurance.
The honest position: we have a financial incentive for you to click and buy. That is a genuine conflict of interest and no disclosure removes it. What we do about it is procedural rather than promissory — we cite primary research so our factual claims are checkable, we include an explicit limitations section stating what a product will not do, we decline to publish invented testimonials or manufactured urgency, and we point readers to medical evaluation where that is the correct answer. Our editorial standards set this out in full.
You should still read this site as what it is: commercially funded content. Weigh it accordingly, and verify anything that matters to you.
Compensation we receive
We earn a percentage-based commission on qualifying sales made through our links. We do not receive payment for publishing a positive opinion, and we do not accept payment to remove or alter unfavourable content. Commission rates vary by merchant and may vary between products.
Testimonials and results
Where any customer experience appears on this site, it is a real statement from a real person who consented to its use, and it represents that individual’s experience only. Individual results vary substantially. No testimonial should be read as typical or as a prediction of your outcome.
