If your question is about an order
We are a publisher, not a seller. We cannot see your order, change it, track it, or refund it. Orders, shipping, billing, and returns are handled entirely by the merchant you bought from — their contact details are on your order confirmation email and on their checkout page.
Writing to us about an order will only delay you. Go directly to the merchant.

What we can help with
- Corrections. If we have misstated a study, quoted a stale price, or broken a link, tell us and we will fix it. Please include the page URL.
- Editorial questions. Why we reached a conclusion, what evidence sits behind a claim, what we left out.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or opt-out requests under the LGPD, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar — see our privacy policy for what we hold and how to request it.
- Press and partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and cannot advise on your symptoms, medications, or whether a product is right for you. Your doctor or pharmacist can, and a pharmacist will check a supplement–drug interaction for you in under a minute.
- Order status, refunds, or shipping. See the note above.
- Product complaints or adverse reactions. Report these to the manufacturer, and in the United States to the FDA’s MedWatch programme. If you are having a serious reaction, seek medical attention immediately.
